McGrath Mechanical is seeking all trades related to heavy mobile plant and fleet maintenance, we are looking for.

We are looking for highly experienced and motivated personnel with a passion for fleet maintenance to join our ever-growing team.

To be successful in these opportunities you will need proven experience in field service, component rebuilds, breakdowns and preventive maintenance. We offer great working conditions and run a fleet of new service vehicles that travel to construction sites all over southeastern NSW and throughout Sydney Metro.

Experience with CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi and Volvo preferable but not essential.

WHAT YOU REQUIRE

              1. Relevant trade license and heavy commercial vehicle qualifications
              2. Driver's license, heavy rigid license preferred.
              3. Forklift and Air conditioning license advantageous
              4. Construction white card
              5. Competent in fault finding and completing repairs to factory standards.
              6. Must have the ability to work in a team environment and independently.
              7. Customer focused with a high attention to detail.
              8. Have a positive approach to work and be willing to learn new skills.  
              9. Understand the importance of completing service records and documentation.
              10. Work in a safe and effective manner and adhere to site specific rules.
              11. Have a can-do attitude and a passion for fleet maintenance.
